A grained pine towel rail or drying rack, English, early 19th century. With three rails held by faux bamboo baluster supports and raised on cheval feet, one rail replaced.
Provenance
Calke Abbey and contents transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in lieu of CTT in 1985 with an endowment provided by the NHMF.
