Summary
Hazel stick carved with a horned goat's head as a handle. The stick retains its bark and has a metal tip. The goat has a grotesque head with an arched nose, incised mouth and eyes and carved rough hair. the two horns are splayed at different angles, twisted and tapered. The stick is varnished.
Provenance
Transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in lieu of CTT in 1985 with an endowment provided by the NHMF.
