Summary
A painted pine or deal wash stand, English, circa 1820-1830. With a low three quarter gallery above a pair of frieze drawers and raised on turned legs, painted cream with brown stringing and with ebonised handles.
Provenance
Calke Abbey and contents transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in lieu of CTT in 1985 with an endowment provided by the NHMF.
