Summary
Etching, A cow is lying down wearing a girth attached to a head collar by Robert Hills (Islington 1769 - London 1844). One of two etched plates published by R. Hills, 1801 on a single sheet. Both plates show a cow in a field wearing a harness. The cow in the upper plate is grazing and has a pole attached to its neck. The other cow is lying down wearing a girth attached to a head collar, both have buildings in the back ground.
