Summary
One of two prints with caricatures, published in 'Punch' or the London Charivari, 1874. a. published July 25th entitled 'Second Thoughts are Best,' showing a man in a carriage about to hook a gentleman riding by. The hook is inscribed 'Public Worship Bill' and the rider's gun is inscribed 'Resolutions'. Underneath is a printed verse of sixteen lines.
