Summary

Etching, The Seven Sacraments: The Sacrament of Confirmation (after Pietro Longhi) by Marco Alvise Pitteri (Venice 1702 - Venice 1786). With cut edges. A catholic bishop blesses or confirms children in a church, their parents beside them. A curate stands either side of the bishop. Mounted on card with printed beading applied around the edge.
