Summary
Engraving, The Morning (after Anthonie Waterloo) by William Austin (London 1721 - Brighton 1820). Entitled 'The Morning' with the verse 'Aurora now, with rosy blushes red/Lifting above the Eastern waves her head/The Morning/Bestowing riches on the industrious swain/Health, Peace and Plenty, sweet rewards for pain.' A man on a horse rides over a high wooden bridge with cattle, sheep and a dog. On an island in a lake is a building surrounded by trees.
