One of a pair of coloured aquatints of Smithfield and Covent Garden markets, by Bluck after drawings by Pugin and Rowlandson. Published by Ackermann 1st Jan. 1811. (a) 'A bird's-eye view of Covent Garden Market, taken from the hummums'. The stalls run in lines down the centre of the picture. All around being brick buildings. Crowds of people with many activities fill the foreground of the picture with bright colours. One inch margin.
