Summary
Print, engraving, Campaign in Portugal - The Battle of Victoria by Henri L'Eveque (1769-1832). A set of five engravings, early 19th century called 'Campaign in Portugal', drawn and engraved by H. L'Eveque and published in May 1815 for the proprietors by Messers, Colnaghi and Co. (c) Engraving called 'The Battle of Victoria'. Men on horseback survey the battle from the hill top in the foreground. Below, lines of troops can be seen advacing. (Plate no. 17)
