Summary
Print, engraving, Chepstow Castle in Monmothshire (after George Robertson) by James Fittler RA (London 1758 – London 1835). After an original drawing by G. Robertson. The engraving is dedicated to the Marquis of Worcester. The castle stands to the left, to the right are peasants loading sacks into a cart drawn by three horses. Published 1803. Engraving damaged by damp. In a giltwood and ebonised frame.
