Summary
A brown majolica, log dish with cover, made about 1870. It has the maker's mark stamped on the bottom. The dish is the lower half of the log resting on two smaller logs, covered in ivy leaves and moss. There is a beetle attached to either end. The cover, which is the top half of the log has a red toadstool as a handle and is also covered in green moss.
