Summary
One of a set of sixteen chapel kneelers created by the Cheshire Federation of Women's Institutes in 1977 to commemorate the Queen's Silver Jubilee. Tapestry work cover of yellow-gold incorporating geometric design on which is superimposed a design of carpenter's tools, the initials RD (for carpenter Richard Dale) and the date MDLIX (1559). Richard Dale built the two-storey bay windows in the north-east corner of the Hall in 1559.
