Summary

Left hand shutter, in two parts. Inner narrow part with narrow recessed lock in base but no obvious device for locking. Hinged, with three brass hinges to wider outer part with black painted, moveable arm to drop into locking device on right hand shutter. When open the two sides fit into recess in wall and show elaborate carving. Floreate knobs on either side in middle, used for opening.
