Summary

Tripod pipe clamp with metal frame, moveable supporting tube at top. D shaped flat plate across frame half way up, wing nut on screw at top. Attached across bottom on other side, A shaped structure with two cross pieces. Flat plate at top with chain attachment through hole in plate. Handle at one end. Indecipherable label.
