At top right; a music score above which is written; To J[--------] Patteson [-] Thursday 1862 “Wiltshire tune” 34th Psalm, with the kind regards of the composer. Beneath the score is the signature; G.T. Smart At centre left; a note on cream paper reading; Admit for the best reserved seat – Count Oryptowich(?) illegible signature 12 Jan(?). At centre right; a sepia portrait edged in red. Printed beneath; Deposed Registered LISZT Fred. Bruckmann, London, 13 Southampton Street, Strand At bottom left; an autograph reading; Lena(?)
