Wooden cane seated and cane backed wheelchair, with large spoked rubber wheels at the back and small ones at the front, with a wooden, carpeted footrest. Made by J. and A. Carter's, Portland Place, London (now Invacare), makers under royal patronage with a list of distinguished clients, including Florence Nightingale. Registered design No. 692726.
