Summary
1/8th accurate scale model of the Hartlebury Museum Reading Caravan (circa 1920-1930) 'The Queen', made by R.J. Amphlett of Abertillery, Wales. The upper body is mainly in a plum colour and the unders in off-white. The body is highly decorated with over 700 motifs, some of which are in gold leaf. The inside fully furnished but there are no curtains to facilitate the inside views. The roof is removable. In working condition.
