One of a pair of beech and elm smoker's bow armchairs, Thames Valley, circa 1920-1940. Each with a flattened horseshoe-shaped armbow resting on a spindle gallery, the elm seat on turned legs joined by multiple stretchers, one stamped ..SHER LIMITED 1940 TW M8, the other stamped W.P. HINE 44 1907.
