Summary
Watercolour of an interior, wood panelled room showing a fireplace to the right, a table and three chairs in the middle and a heavily patterned carpet. ( Antony Gibbs's room at Exeter College). The painting is mounted and framed in a black and gold decorated frame. On the back a label reads: Frost (and) Reed, / Print Sellers, Picture Dealers / Picture Frame Makers / AND ARTISTS COLOURMEN, / Bristol, 8 Clare Street, Clifton, 47, Queens road. A piece of tape on the reverse reads: Library / No 6bRtoS. Two brass hanging hooks on each side.
