Summary
A mahogany tilt-top table, English, circa 1810-20, the oval top with reeding to the lower rim, the upper rim section cut-away, on a turned shaft with quatrefoil base, the reeded outswept legs terminating in brass caps and castors.
Provenance
Date and method of entry to the house unknown. The National Trust took over the management of Carlyle's House in 1936.
