Summary

Cylindrical, floor standing cast iron stove with pipe connecting to flue vent. A moulded circular close-fitting lid to top for fuel feed with geometric design. Hinged flap to top with engraved number 3 in centre. Embossed on the side the following; C.PORTWAY / PATENT / No 3. Embossed on a hinged flap at the base of the stove the following; C.PORTWAY (and) SON / MAKERS / HALSTEAD ESSEX. Very rusty near base.
