Summary

A cardboard tube, map container, with a hole at either end, right end hole contains string. Two labels on tube, right label is blue and reads 'Stanford's of Charring Cross for maps' and has a faint image of the world map behind text. The left label is white and reads 'Messrs W.H. Heelis and Son, Hawkshead, Ambleside'. Two franked postage stamps dated 22nd 31.
