Summary

Letter from Beatrix Potter to Dr Charles Cooper, husband of her late cousin Fanny, dated 10 September 1936. Concerning growing conditions for irises and other gardening matters; the weather; the visit of Dr Cooper and 2 other doctors. This letter is part of a collection of letters (15 written by Beatrix Potter and 1 written by William Heelis) to Beatrix's cousin Fanny Cooper and her husband Dr Charles Cooper. The letters span the period 1911-1944 and mainly concern the Crompton ancestors.
