Summary
Printed Christmas card designed by Beatrix Potter, 1890. A gentleman rabbit wearing a frock coat and carrying a walking cane passes in the street a lady rabbit holding a muffler. The greeting 'A bright and happy Christmas' appears below. The card was printed by Hildesheimer and Faulkner. This was one of the designs repackaged to illustrate the booklet 'A Happy Pair' by Frederick Weatherly.
