Summary
Copy made by Beatrix from an original story letter sent to Eric Moore from Holehird, 5 September 1895. It describes a visit to Mr Ginnet's circus at Ambleside, and is illustrated with pencil and ink drawings of the circus tent, performing dogs, a man riding a bull, a figure standing on horseback, horses, and performing ponies. The original letter is published in 'Letters to Children' edited by Judy Taylor.
