Summary
Loose sheet from the manuscript dummy HIL.R.34 containing a pencil and ink-written rhyme, and a rough pencil and ink illustration of a mouse reaching for cannisters on a pantry shelf. This sheet was slipped in between pages 14 and 15 of the dummy book. This rhyme was retained in the published book of 1917. In Somebody's cupboard/ There's everything nice -/ Cakes, jam and candles -/ Delightful to Mice!
