Summary
A set of twelve coffee cups and eleven saucers. White bases of cups marked; AYNSLEY / ENGLAND. Yellow with gold rim and handle, with floral frieze at top banded by black leaf pattern at bottom and black and gold geometric pattern at top. Inside is white with gold rim at top and gold ring approximately 5 mm from the top. The cups are accompanied by a set of eleven saucers. The centres are white, bordered by a gold band and a yellow band edged in leaf pattern and floral frieze and on the rims are a geometric pattern. Hand painted mark on white bases of both cups and saucers reads; 4176 S 111.
