Summary
Monochrome print of a pencil portrait showing a young man wearing high collar and dark cravat under a cloak joined by two buttons and a chain. The print has a black narrow ridged frame having a gold mount under glass. Bottom left in script reads; Josh.. Slater 1821. Bottom centre signature reads; Belgrave. Bottom right reads; F. C. Lewis, Scult. Back of frame has been re-glued with brown paper tape.
