Summary
Leather bound rectangular case with hinged lid and blue velvet-lined trays inside. Largest contains five large glass phials with corks and cotton around neck. Two smaller trays each contain nine small glass phials with corks, the smaller trays placed one above the other. Inside leather bound lid stamped in gold: 9, VERE STREET / LEATH AND ROSS / AND / 5. ST.PAULS CHURCHYARD. Below writing leather has loop formed by cuts in leather. Press stud metal lock. Outside lid tooled lines with decorative corner pieces.
