Summary
White ceramic dinner plate with scalloped edge. Manufactured by George Jones and decorated with a band of cobalt blue bordered by gilded bands and dots around rim. Maker's mark in red on the underside incorporating an image of a crescent reads: CRESCENT / G J & SONS / ENGLAND. Batch number in gold, NO2390. Impressed with numbers 2 / 33. Some marks in glaze. Broken into four pieces. One of twenty matching plates.
