Summary
Large white porcelain serving plate. Decorated with blue and gilt banding and grey pattern around rim. On the base is printed in black a motif topped with a crown and incorporating the words: DOULTON / BURSLEM / ENGLAND / BELMONT. Also on the base printed in blue is: 8 and hand painted in black is: 60. The base is impressed with a number of marks including a circular mark reading: BURSLEM / DOULTON / ENGLAND. There are significant chips to the plate rim. There is a similar plate belonging to the same set catalogued under the number ( NT22181 ).
