Summary
Silver wine jug, on two clawed front feet and resting on tail at back, hinged lid as a horned griffin's head. Inscribed on one side with Prince of Wales feathers, 'From Albert Edward 12 February 1873', and on other side with Hardwicke motto, garter belt and lion. Probably presented by the Prince of Wales to the 5th Earl of Hardwicke. Made by George Fox 1872.
