Summary
A shield-shaped black satin fire screen banner, Circa 1900, with appliqué cream tape lace centre piece of flowers and foliage, surrounded by twenty-eight black and cream rosettes. Pair of black and cream double tassels on cords. Short tassel at lower central point.
