Summary

Highly decorative certificate from the Swiss Landesmuseum thanking Sir John Brunner for a donation of £1,000 in 1899. Coloured illustration on front of knight in armour bearing axe, with shield at his feet, standing before scroll with German inscription. Striped red and white ribbon allows certificate to be tied shut.
