Summary
One of 15 photographs associated with Frederic Michael Halford and dry fly fishing on the River Test on the Mottisfont Abbey Estate. Black and White photograph showing Bobby Coxon (son of Halford's River Keeper Dick Coxon), and two unkown boys standing beside reed rafts on the Mottisfont Estate. This was a fishing stew developed by F M Halford which used a stew covered with saplings and sedge to provide cover for trout. 1905-1914.
