Summary
South American fixed hand-held feather fan in box. One of a similar pair with NT18633.4. Circa 1900. Mainly pink and green feathers in a circular shape decorated with irridescent mauve beetles. One broken stick (NT18633.1.1). Carved and pierced ivory handle, and stand (NT18633.5). In a mint green box with lid (NT18633.3) labelled; FEATHER FLOWERS / DOMINGOS LDE CUNHA / 14 RUA DA ASSEMBLEA / RIO DE JANEIRO.
