Summary

Baby's robe of fine white cotton with pin tucking. Trimmed with machine made lace in Valenciennes style. Described by Christie's as a christening robe. Circa 1900.

Provenance

Purchased from the estate of the late Lord Wraxall with the assistance of the NHMF and donations from members and supporters.
