Summary
Elements of a Royal Household uniform worn by George Abraham Gibbs as King George V's Treasurer of the Household 1921–1928. A greatcoat, a coatee, two pairs of breeches, a pair of stockings, a pair of shoes, two swords and scabbards, three sword bags, a sword frog and sling, a cardboard breeches box, and a possibly associated strip of red fabric. Found stored in large, flat tin trunk NT17229.
