Summary
Rectangular blue leather covered jeweller's box with narrow gold decorative line around the edge of the lid. Lid has two hinges and a button clasp. Inside is lined with white satin. Marked, PEARCE (and) SONS LTD. / GOLDSMITHS / LEEDS / YORK and LEICESTER. Hinge covered with satin. Inside there is a fixed tray covered with cream velour having six circular impressions with a central slot. The base is marked, D. A torn circular paper label reads, L 2.
