Summary

Archaeological evaluation of land at South Street, Avebury Trusloe, carried out by the Cotswold Archaeological Trust. Consisting of paper archive, photographic and 6 sherds of post-medieval pottery, a sherd of glass and 6 fragments of animal bone. The evaluation identified a probable medieval ditch and subsequent post-medieval ditches forming a field boundary, a number of undated shallow pits, plough furrows, and modern features.
