Summary
Cream wool breeches with decorative gilt buckles at the knees and mother of pearl buttons at the waist. Part of the uniform / court dress worn by Sir Arthur Lawley during his time as Governor of Western Australia 1901 to 1902, Lieutenant-Governor the Transvaal 1902 to 1905 and Governor of Madras 1906 to 1911.
