Summary
One of three pieces of black crepe de chine made up into is possibly a mourning arm band. Found along with elements of the uniform / court dress worn by Sir Arthur Lawley during his time as Governor of Western Australia 1901 to 1902, Lieutenant-Governor the Transvaal 1902 to 1905 and Governor of Madras 1906 to 1911.
