Door knocker, iron with cross hatch incised decoration, made by Norman Bucknell (1911-2006) to a design by Ernest Gimson (1864-1919), c. 1976. The design drawing is held at The Wilson, Cheltenham (1941.223:82). Purchased by Donald Gimson for Stoneywell, Leicestershire for £8.
