Summary
Lamp reflector. A polished sheet copper reflector to sit over the burner of a locomotive oil lamp for fitting above the smokebox on one of the Hunslet locomotives used on the Penrhyn Quarry between the quarries and the port. The reflector is in the shape of a section of a cone. The bottom has a steel spigot soldered on and the top has a hole to line up with the chimney on top of the lamp. The back plate which would have contained the attachment for locating the reflector on the burner is missing.
