Summary

Railway lamp. A two-aspect railway lamp with a steel body of cubic form. A circular chimney with a hinged lid is fitted above and there is a carrying handle of steel bar. One clear glass is fitted in a hinged frame secured by steel fasteners. The other aperture is fixed but has no glass. The other two sides have slotted holders to fit over lugs on the vehicle. No burner is fitted. The lamp is painted black.
