Summary
Lamp burner. A burner for a railway oil lamp, having a steel box-shaped reservoir with one concave side. The wick is carried in a copper support with a brass locking disc, and is mounted on a separate steel cylinder in front of the reservoir. The reservoir has a screwed brass filler but the cap is missing. The whole is carried on a flat steel plate with a front finger loop. The steel parts are painted green.
