Summary
Lamp burner. A burner for a locomotive oil lamp on the locomotive 'Charles'. The wick is carried in a brass holder screwed into a spigot on the reservoir. The reservoir is of welded steel in U-form mounted on a steel base. A screwed brass plug for filling and a looped steel handle for removing the burner from the lamp are fitted. The base and reservoir are painted green.
