Notice board. A wooden notice board entitled 'Rules and regulations to be observed by masters of vessels intending to load at Port Penrhyn'. The notice is issued under the authority of Mr. W. Jones, Harbour Master, and Arthur Wyatt, Agent to Lord Penrhyn. The board is painted in buff with black lettering and has a frame painted black.
