Summary
Pointed arched, four centred Tudor doorcase flanked by two engaged circular columns. Square plain plinths with their bases sunk into the paving. Moulded caps, circular column base, engaged cylindrical shaft, central engaged collar, upper section of engaged column topped by an engaged capital. The large jambs are formed of single pieces with moulded capitals. There is a ‘stepped’ ribbed design to the spandrels with ‘gutta or guttae’ above the two large spandrels and a central ‘capital’ engaged but without a shaft.
