Oil painting on linen (grisaille), Isaacson Coat of Arms,1916. A monochrome grey depiction of the Isaacson coat of arms with two roses and a rampant lion on a cream-coloured shield and repeated above on top of a helmet assigned to Frederick John Francis Wootton Isaacson (1858 - 1948) in March 7, 1916, in lieu of Arms previously granted: Or, on a pile between two roses in base azure, a lion rampant argent, holding between the paws an escallop of the first. Mantling azure and or. Crest on a wreath of the colours, a demi-lion argent, collared gules, holding between the paws an escallop azure. Inscribed with motto: ΘΑΡΣΕΙ [take courage].
